We’ve really enjoyed living in Patriots Landing for the past five and a half years. We’ve always been treated with great customer service. Maintenance was always timely for us, and if we ever had an emergency request they were out right away. Overall we have had a great experience with Scott Family Housing. Thanks for providing us a great neighborhood to live in for all these years!
Big thanks to the maintenance guys! Our furnace was not working this morning and they were here within 30 minutes of calling and had it fixed right away!! Awesome job!
I really disliked the fact that we were charged $600 because we didn't give a 30 day notice to leaving even though we only had an 11 day notice ourselves to get everything done and leave. Even after explaining that, they wouldn't work with us. Extremely disappointed.

I just want to give a big THANK YOU � to the scott afb housing and maintenance staff! We moved here a month ago and they have made this such a wonderful welcoming and have always been polite and just lovely to the kiddos and I� the hubby has been gone on a year tour and you guys have made this such a calm peaceful tradition for the kiddos and I..... when I had an issue with my AC someone came with in that hour to come and fix it for us � I know it can be a thankless job but you guys are doing a wonderful job. Moved off base because we thought it would be better and we would save money. Wow. We were so so wrong. The housing office staff warned us gently but we didn't listen. Hoping to be moving back on base very soon.
