The neighborhood was great, but overall I was not too impressed with the housing office and their ever-changing procedures. Also, be aware that if you have pets, they pull back your carpets during your final inspection. We were never notified that would happen during lease signing, and we therefore never looked under our carpet during move-in so have no idea how the carpet looked at that time. RecommendedWe just completed our final inspection today and it went better than expected. We were prepared for the worst. We lived in Patriots Landing for 3 years and never had any major issues or anything that wasn’t resolved. All I can say is, we had a smooth transition in and a smooth transition out. We have fond memories of our time on our little block.
If you enjoy being ripped off, victimized, lied to, being blamed for the negligence of housing staff, and being targeted with HIGHLY illegal business practices this is the place for you! Additionally, if you enjoy getting no where with maintenance requests due to incompetent staff members and waiting a year for requests to be taken care of you’ll find all that here... you would definitely benefit from moving off base as these houses aren’t worth even a quarter of your BAH, but they’ll have no problem taking all of it, then n... read more
Houses are old, monthly utility bills are expensive and the maintenance is poor quality and charge you for simple things. Additionally, there are no lights in the living room, and it has dangerously high Radon levels.
HUGE thank you to Scott Housing! We recently had a huge issue with the ceiling fan in the master bedroom. Long story short, while replacing it, a hole was burned into my comforter by a maintenance worker. Called Summer right away and they replaced it! Brand new bedding (Valued at 200$+) SO, THANK YOU SCOTT HOUSING!
They have terrible customer service and do not care about their residents.
Personal are very professional, sweet, and helpful. They always go out of their way to help out. I’m so grateful for all that they do. :)
Saw the post about Scott Family Housing taking advantage of a family who got orders less than 30 days and refused to understand that not all military orders are more 30 days. They take advantage of military.
