Doctor Shappard is who you wish every doctor was- kind, understanding, knowledgeable, wants you to participate in your care. Yet, he still manages to tell you hard truths and push you to do the things you need to do to take care of yourself day-to-day. Wonderful doctor!
Dr Shappard listens very well to any concerns, doesn’t ever make you feel rushed, and gives very good medical advice and information. Very grateful for a dr who cares about my child!
Dr Sheppard is more then I was told he would be from my daughter. You can tell he cares & listens while you are talking about my needs & medical concerns. I know he will be a excellent Dr for now & any future medical needs that may come up.
