Annual well care
Easy to talk to, related with situations and is understanding. Always a pleasant smile and amazing attitude. I no longer dread doctors appointments. Always tries to find an answer or resolution and doesnt give up, in my case I have a very complicated medical situation and with outbdr shappard I dont know where I would be.

Dr. Shappard is a great family doctor. Always kind, courteous and very knowledgeable. He has been our family doctor for many years, ever since he came to Boise.
I have been going to Dr. Shappard for more than 10+ years. He is one of the best doctors out there. He actually listens to you and values your input and is always there to help you.
I feel like I’ve found a unicorn doctor with Dr. Shappard. He cares so much for his patients. Everyone I know that sees him feels the same. I am dreading the day he retires. Luckily, that’s a ways off yet.
