I came in with a painful right testicle, a problem that was beginning to wake me in the night. Dr Shappard systematically ruled out a number of potential contributors. the final diagnosis was an infection, for which he prescribed product that would [a] be the most likely correct the issue ;[b] be compatible with my upcoming knee replacement and [c] not interact with my other medications. I deeply appreciate the efforts put into diagnosis and the selection of a compatible medication!
The nurse that took my blood was amazing. It didn’t hurt all and Dr. Shappard is always amazing. He takes the time to really talk to you to find out how you are and remembers you.
