Dr. Shappard was very dedicated in answering my questions regarding several of my ongoing problems. Reviewed my x-rays, Then went over the findings from my knee x-rays,. Reviewed my options on Hand surgery, and helped me with scheduling a following up appointment with The urologist, and a colonoscopy. Extremely pleased with our visit.
Dr. Shappard is a great family physician. I totally trust him. He always listens to what I have to say and we work on things together. We have been with Dr. Shappard since he came to the Treasure Valley. He is very nice and always courteous.

Dr. Shappard has been our family practitioner for 16yrs. He's very caring, takes the time to listen and whether it's my spouse, my children or my self I feel like we are always well taken care of. Best doctor in the valley in my opinion. Highly recommend him.
