Really listens
Dr. Sheppard is the best doctor I have had in the last 5 years. I’m originally from California, had a few doctors, however Dr. Shappard stands out the best I’ve had. He listened to what I have concerns about and made me feel at ease with his thought’s, suggestions and concerns I had. He takes his time and gets to know you and not only the patient, the family to. Couldn’t ask for a better doctor and friend.
Dr Shappard has been our family physicians for 18 years. Always willing to listen, take extra time, work through any issues and help decide on treatment. He always takes our preferences and feelings into consideration when figuring out a plan for things. 10/10 recommend to everyone
