RecommendedRented a scooter today at corvettes at Carlisle and they were unable to provide even a half refund after using the scooter for 2 hours. Also they would not send out someone for the scooter at 4pm due to them saying lack of staff. Called the corporate number spoke to supervisor they still stated no refund. Very very dissapointed in the staff at venue and at corporate. Buyer beware they do not take care of the consumer. Bad management bad cs. Won't rent again. My daughter was at the Erie County Fair when her battery went dead on her electric wheelchair. This happened about 7:30 and they weren't to meet up with their ride home until 10:30. After checking with security they were directed to Geoff and Jeannie at Scootaround. That was a lifesaver and saved the day. After a quick charge they were able to enjoy the rest of the evening. Kudos to Scootaround.

Do not use Scootaround!!! What a horror... We rented 2 identical scooters one from scalso oot around one from another company the other company was much cheaper but it was the last unit available... the one from the other company worked fie but the one from scootaround kept failing and leaving us stranded after the 3 day a tech finally came and swapped out the battery pack... he was very rude and said that we where too fat for the machine the next day it died again and left us stranded.... the tech refused to come....... say... read more

WE were completely satisfied!! We rented 2 scooters, they were in our cabin upon boarding . They made our cruise wonderful. I would highly recommend them !!

Great experience as usual. I always order a scooter for my husband when we cruise. The scooter is always at or in our cabin when we board the ship. Works great and he also can take it off the ship at the ports.

It was great. The scooter was on the boat and in our room when we got there. The scooter was just what I needed to get around the boat and it was great on the excursions. It even fit in the back of taxi. I had no problems in London at the hotel. Would highly recommend scootaround for anyone that cannot walk. The service was great and the scooter was just what I needed as I am an amputee, and just learning to get around and this was my first trip. Thank You.
