I have rented for New York City and Las Vegas. Easy to deal with and you were awesome with drop off and pick up. You made my getting around so much easier. I plan on using again in June.

Delivered a power chair as promised, but it had a flat spot on the wheel which made a bump every rotation. After 1 day, back was sore and I was annoyed. After day two the pain was intolerable so I called to get a replacement. They charged $25 to swap it out and a 2 hour window 10-12 the next day which meant I lose most of my activity scheduled for 9-1. What an utter lack of compassion and professionalism. Scoot Around expects me to pay for a rental that had no brakes and which I have not even been able to use, as using a damaged wheelchair would be dangerous. I paid for insurance and even a cancellation protection plan, all for a broken chair that the company can't even bothered to come pick up. Customer service is particularly unhelpful, making excuses about how they can't help and their supervisors are always "in meetings" when you request to be transferred. What a scam.
While in Las Vegas, I rented a wheelchair. Much ease of finding Scootaround, LV by 'Googling'. Ordering online from Canada was a breeze. Equipment showed up on time, and generally, the customer service was excellent! Unfortunately, the Wheelchair had faulty breaks, making it difficult to stand and sit, given the chair was in constant motion. Also, the arm rests were ripped making them uncomfortable to use. I rented from them and they delivered a scooter that had seat repairs with tape. That is not bad enough, the charger cord was frayed and did not work. When the scooter finally died, I called the local delivery company and they would not come till the next day. I ended up not have transportation for 2 days and the rental company would not credit me for the days without my scooter. I am now contacting my credit card company to see if they will help me. rented me a scooter with a defective charger so went without for 7 day cruise...no refund..no compensation of any kind...you suck, your company sucks , and I will go out of my way to tell as many people as I can to NEVER use you..thanks for ruining my cruise
