I attended the AKC National Dog Show in December 2017 at the Orlando Convention Center. It would be impossible for me to explore this huge building without mobility assistance. Scootaround made it possible for me to enjoy this event. The scooter was well equipped and was fully charged when we picked it up each day. I will utilize their service when we attend in the future

I rented a mobility scooter for New York City for 5 days in March. It was wonderful. It enabled me to get out - do all the tourist things with my family. I even got on the subway - went to Coney Island and attended Broadway shows - none of which I could have done without this mobility scooter. The scooter was great. I am a big guy (340 pounds) - but the scooter got me up pretty steep ramps without any problem at all. This scooter allowed me to participate with my family and feel a part of the vacation. There are many locations listed on the website which they do not serve. I called to inquire about renting a scooter only to be told that they do not serve Connecticut. I find it very irresponsible to list locations where equipment cannot be obtained.

I had a terrific experience renting a Whill Ci from Scootaround and would not hesitate to do so again. Even when there was a glitch with the fob key return, their customer service was top-notch. Arranging the rental was easy and took a matter of minutes online and on the phone. The Whill Ci unit was not what I would have thought a "scooter" would be like. Scootaround's service made all the difference on my trip. It would have been awful on crutches, or even a manual wheelchair! The scooter was delivered promptly, and worked great. The staff I spoke with were really nice. I highly recommend this service to travelers! It's great that it is offered in so many places!

Totally no hassle experience. My scooter was waiting for me and it worked great. Having a scooter option made it possible for me to attend the conference. Highly recommended - I wish it was available for the ATS conference in San Diego!
