Company was great and employees over the phone were very friendly. I rented scooter for work convention in San Diego, CA and it worked out great. Scooter was easy to dis-assemble and load in trunk of car. Would use this company again if needed.

Arranged for a rental in Austin for a conference. They delivered the scooter directly to the hotel, had it there when I arrived for check-in. And they picked it up from the hotel at the end of my trip. Booked over the phone, and they were able to answer all my questions.

recently went on a cruise and through Carnival cruises recommendation, contacted Scootaround for a rental. We beat them to the stateroom, but the young man that delivered the scooter was great! We was pleasant, professional and came back with a second charger. He said he was afraid the first one wasn't charging correctly. That's great customer service! The scooter fits through a standard stateroom door, is comfy and helped me enjoy my cruise. Thanks Scootaround!

The scooter I rented only lasted 4 hours. It ruined my weekend. After paying such an high price as well. I will never use scootaround again.

I have used Scootaround twice now, once for the Spring Carlisle 2017 and this past week end at Fall Carlisle 2017. I had absolutely no problems from online renting to picking my scooter up to returning it at 4:30. The scooter performed flawlessly with no battery issues. The staff was very professional and courteous. I highly recommend Scootaround it sure beats walking the 82 acres with failing legs. Thanks for a pleasant venture

We recently took a Alaskan cruise and we rented a scooter because my husband has COPD and cannot walk. It was so wonderful for him because it gave him freedom to move around and experience everything we could during those 7 days. I got a lot of walking in which made me happy, only gained 1/2 pound chasing after him on his scooter. He was so happy and glad we could do this vacation with no worries. I love Scootaround! This company is reliable, caring, & on time. Their scooters are always clean & in good mechanical condition. I have used this organiztion approximated 4 times in the past 3 years. Their staff is always on time delivering the scooter to where I request them to drop off. They are also on time picking them up. The staff is always polite, informative & kind.
