To whom it may concern, Over a year ago my luggage was lost by an airline service while in transit for vacation. In my luggage was medical equipment for my chronic illness. RecommendedI rented portable oxygen, a Scooter and a concentrator for my 7 day cruise. All my questions were answered, the staff was professional. My products were delivered on time and in perfect working condition. All instructions, chargers, and emergency numbers were included. I did a price comparison and scoot around was the best! I would definitely use them again.

Scooter was waiting at the door upon my arrival. Fully charged and ready to go. I would never have been able to get all around the ship or go half the distance on the islands. I was able to keep up with the family with no problem and them not be burdened by having to push a wheelchair all day. Loved the freedom it gave me, I could even sneak off on my own! Won't do another cruise without one.

On short notice they delivered a power chair to our house (which is in the backside of nowhere) for a week's rental because my chair was in for repairs. Delivery was on time. I'm in-between weight categories and they voluntarily brought TWO chairs (much to our surprise) so we could see which one "felt" better! Adjustments and such were made to accommodate controller and footrest positions. Pickup was just as effortless. I would highly recommend the friendly and knowledgeable folks in the Seattle Scootaround office!

I rented a HD scooter for 3 days in San Antonio. The service was great and the scooter worked great as well. The scooter kept its charged for the entire day. I was very pleased and surprised at that. I will definitely use scootaround on my next vacation.
Waited hours in hotel lobby the first day with excises. Would not work and promised to call right back. Never did. Pick up at hotel
