Excellent Service & Professional Attitude! I had a wonderful experience at the parlour. Rulan was not only skilled at her work but also extremely polite and welcoming. She listened carefully to what I wanted and delivered exactly that — with care and perfection. The hygiene, ambiance, and overall service were truly impressive. I left feeling pampered and relaxed. Highly recommended for anyone looking for quality and comfort. Will definitely be coming back!

Recently got a brow lamination, shape, and tint with Runa at Scintillate and she is awesome. I normally get my nails done there —shoutout to Thomas and Emma — but was approached by Runa about doing my brows. I'd never gotten them done before but carry a brow pencil with me all of the time because of my light/sparse hair up there. I was nervous, but Runa did a great job encouraging and reassuring me. The place was comfortable & nice, the staffs are so friendly & modest, they’re service was amazing, I did my hair colour & the hair cut , it was perfect & wonderful, I’m very happy with their service. Thank u somuch to the hairdresser lady “Shqipe“She is so talented & well mannered person
