This office is a corporation through and through. The front desk staff were nice and the doctor as well, but the whole process felt like you're on an assemblyline as product and not a human. The assistants may as well be robots as they are cold and automatons to the script. No bedside manner. Further, and worst of all, the dirty tools from past patients were just left on the counter. It has not been fun dealing with these people. You’d think refilling a prescription would be easy. Not here.
Very friendly staff, clean and beautiful offices and always on time!
I saw Dr Pasquale for a lump on my head that was growing and painful . He removed it effortlessly. I had to get sutures and staples . He made the experience painless and quick k . Fortunately , it was not cancer . He was absolutely amazing , knowledgeable, kind and professional . I highly , highly recommend him .
