Needed a new upright freezer ASAP, Daria answered my text inquiry promptly and I was able to purchase over the phone as the one I wanted was in stock, however not in showroom, she sent me the info per text for review prior to purchase. Same day delivery, Jeremy and Brad were excellent.
Excellent customer service from onset to finish. Jason answered all questions before sale of refrigerator. Nate and Brad were courteous, professional and wonderful humor, upon delivery. Installation was great. It is wonderful to hear, see and feel the good customer service from these individuals==a rarity these days and the best marketing there is. Please keep it up.
