Welcome to Schooner Valley Stables! Hop on the back of one of our horses and take a memorable ride through the hills and valleys of Yellowwood State Forest. Whether you are a greenhorn or an experienced rider, we have a horse that will suit your needs. We offer walk, trot, and cantering rides which you won't find at many stables. Bring the whole family! We have no age limit.

Me and my children had a wonderful day. The staff is amazing thanks for being so friendly and helpful.
We love making the trip to Schooner Valley to ride horses. The ride is beautiful and the horses are well trained and cared for. Luke the owner is awesome and so is the rest of the staff!

My family & I were in Nashville over the weekend on a family vacation. The people here at Schooner Valley Stables were excellent. My son has balance issues, they was very accommodating and put him on an older horse to help better his ride. We loved our ride along the trail! We will definitely go back when in Nashville again.
Had an awesome time. Love the friendly staff and our tour guide and his daughter were the best. Love how they care so much about the horses and their safety. Definitely will be going back and will recommend to my family and friends. Thank for such a great ride.

Sunday, May 29, 2016 - I surprised my daughter with her birthday wish. We both went on a walk to trot horse back ride at Schooners Valley Stables along with several other people. The ride was amazing and very therapeutic for the two of us. It was a beautiful day for this ride and the surroundings made the ride even more surreal. Thank you to the staff at Schooner Valley Stables for taking good care of us on our first ride. We are definitely looking forward to many more.
