Welcome to Schooner Valley Stables! Hop on the back of one of our horses and take a memorable ride through the hills and valleys of Yellowwood State Forest. Whether you are a greenhorn or an experienced rider, we have a horse that will suit your needs. We offer walk, trot, and cantering rides which you won't find at many stables. Bring the whole family! We have no age limit.

What a wonderful time my sister Pam and my granddaughter Kaycee had here Sunday! The people are great, the horses are great, and the ride was absolutely fantastic! Everyone was so friendly, considerate and helpful....really watchin out for us. Awesome guides! I highly recommend them!

We had a great time going horseback riding here. The staff was extremely friendly and patient with us. They were more than happy to answer any questions we had about horses, as well. We'll definitely be back!!!
The scenery was beautiful. Loved the horses. Thank you for allowing some quick photos. We had a wonderful relaxing but fun time. I did send a PM regarding one issue that I'm sure will be addressed.
My husband and I brought our four kiddos (ages 13 to 3) and had a wonderful time. They went to great lengths to make sure that our ride was enjoyable for all of us! Can't wait to visit again!
