Welcome to Schooner Valley Stables! Hop on the back of one of our horses and take a memorable ride through the hills and valleys of Yellowwood State Forest. Whether you are a greenhorn or an experienced rider, we have a horse that will suit your needs. We offer walk, trot, and cantering rides which you won't find at many stables. Bring the whole family! We have no age limit.

Amazing experience with great staff and beautiful horses.
The best place to ride horses. Very friendly and the horses are well taken care of. We have rode here several years and will continue to come back. Thank you Luke and staff for helping my family and I have a wonderful ride.

Had great fun, was a beautiful day and they are the nicest, easy going people you will ever meet. They take the time to match your skills to the horses. The trail was great riding, can't wait to go back.
My husband and I rode today for our anniversary. Whenever we go on vacation, we ride. We both grew up riding, and today was BY FAR the best ride we have ever had! We absolutely loved it- they did a great job matching our horses to our experience. I had a BLAST on Belle. I told my 5 year old "daddy and his horse ate our dust" and he asked if he spit it out. � I will be back real soon! And I have been telling everybody who will listen about the great time we had! Can't wait to get back... ☺️
