Verified Renter Great place, friendly leasing team, and very nice.
Love it here! I love my apartment, especially the layout, and my neighbors. It’s a community with a lot of young, respectful professionals. I believe they might have a corporate program that attracts a lot of them here. I wanted a place that was less parking garage and more walking space with the upgraded features. It is a little pricey, but I think it’s well worth it. Thank you, Scenic!
overpriced for what it’s worth as the title states, I pay way too much rent for an apartment complex with faulty gym equipment and incompetent staff. Not to mention I have extremely disrespectful college kids in the unit above me throwing loud parties every evening until 4 or 5am with no respect towards their neighbors. I have called the courtesy officers many times about my horrible neighbors and they have not done anything about it. I call the front office staff, they don’t do anything about it either. Disappointing The staff is completly incompetent, you have to ask twice for anything to ever get done. The nighttime security guy oversteps and is so invasive, he really thinks he’s in the FBI. I absolutely do not feel welcome in my own apartment complex, by the security officers.
