Verified Renter Moved to Texas from another state due to job opportunity, this complex stood out to me because of the interior design & reasonable pricing. Spacious! Upon moving in, I was really impressed about how clean and well maintained the apartment was. Any issues or concerns I’ve had, has been addressed and solved almost immediately so far. I’m also impressed about how quiet the community actually is.

New MGMT is a Letdown I moved into The Scenic when it first opened back in 2017. For years I really enjoyed living here-the community, our neighbors, the office staff-honestly not too many complaints overall. Since Greystar took over, it's been such a disappointment. Our back gate was broken for *months*. Like completely wide open for just anyone to walk/drive in & park in our already tiny resident parking lot.
