My experience living here has been nothing short of a disaster, marked by continuous maintenance issues, rude staff, and hidden fees that they use to unfairly gouge tenants upon move-out. Verified Renter I have lived at the Scenic at River East for several months now. The Scenic is beautiful and is an exceptionally clean property. The staff and management are professional and courteous. They are concerned about their residents and they do all that they can to assist you and to make sure you are comfortable. The staff has always greeted me by name and with a smile. I am very happy living at the Scenic. I would recommend it to anyone!
