I thoroughly enjoy the Pilates classes, especially with Coach Ruta. She is highly professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. Her approach truly energizes you for the day, and I’ve noticed significant improvements in my body. I highly recommend her classes for individuals of all fitness levels.
Took part in Driathlon (Ski/Bike/Row) on May 25th - what a lovely gym with friendly people. Everyone was so encouraging. Even made us coffees after and brought them out to us while we enjoyed cake on the grass! Thank you so much. Great event
Fantastic facility! Great coaching on the strength/conditioning/functional fitness side and an amazing Pilates reformer studio too! Any age/ability welcome with consideration for injury and/or experience. I’m referring my clients over to this facility and I highly recommend to those ready for positive health outcomes.
Saxon fitness. Been going to saxon fitness for 9 years now. Always a challenge never boring , Jez always makes it a challenging time. We have a PT with Jess on a Mon and Jez on a Thurs and we are always pushed to our limits in a good way. We go to a lot of the classes and it's always nice to meet the regulars and new clients are always made to feel so welcome. It's a family atmosphere that Jez and Jess have Made happen with so much hard work and determination. There is no other gym like it!
