Usually I don’t review places but on this occasion I will due to how atrocious my experience was . Naturally, the shop was very busy so I waited for about 45 minutes to have my nails done, which wasn’t a problem. I was lenient with staff the entire manicure considering the amount of mistakes made. I had some previous colour removed and nails redone . As you can see from the picture below the nail tech decided to leave Gel all over my hands after the manicure . I really wasn't impressed at all, my nails look so crooked 😭!! The lady who made my nails was not professional. I needed to leave the shop after the disaster of a service 😞 to avoid causing an uproar. I won't go there anymore and I hope they do better next time for others. I don't think they deserve any stars

This was my first time going to this place and certainly won’t be going again! I walked in to get acrylics removed with then a gel overlay after. The guy was lovely and did exactly what was asked for. When it came to paying I asked for the 10% student discount which is LISTED outside of their shop in the sign. The price for my services was £30 per the board in the salon. I am a frequent customer but will never come again after this experience. The lady who did my nails was so rude & could see i was in pain but kept putting pressure on them. Ignored me and kept rolling her eyes when i was talking. Almost refused to give a student discount even though i provided evidence. She was an older lady with red lipstick. I felt very unwelcome & would advise everyone reading to avoid this place.
