I have been a loyal, paying customer at this establishment for several years; however, I can no longer justify returning due to a significant decline in both service and professionalism. The environment has become increasingly uncomfortable. The staff are neither friendly nor accommodating; in fact, the atmosphere is often characterized by a lack of courtesy and frequent arguments with clientele. PLEASE BE AWARE OF PRICE AND CONFIRM. I have been going to sawsee for years but I won’t be returning anytime soon. I never write bad reviews but other people need to be warned how the staff run this salon. I went last month and got a pedicure for my grandad who has brittle and thicken toenail due to diabetes. It was great last time as he enjoyed it, they charged the normal pedicure price, £30 and cleaned his nails very well. I came with him again today, where I saw Tuesday/Wednesday 10% off.
