I stopped going to sawseas a year and a half ago after being a loyal customer for many years I stopped liking the way my nails and pedicures were done. The service always felt rushed. Got my acrylics done here for the first time and definitely not going back to them.!! I didn’t get what i wanted from them and literally paid £65 the staff is not welcoming at all. Poor customer service Rude behaviour especially the lady sitting next to the door stared and rolled eyes at me for no reason, She didn’t even serve me. Your attitude matters more than your work that you’re doing to any customer.

Usually I don’t review places but on this occasion I will due to how atrocious my experience was . Naturally, the shop was very busy so I waited for about 45 minutes to have my nails done, which wasn’t a problem. I was lenient with staff the entire manicure considering the amount of mistakes made. I had some previous colour removed and nails redone . As you can see from the picture below the nail tech decided to leave Gel all over my hands after the manicure . I really wasn't impressed at all, my nails look so crooked 😭!! The lady who made my nails was not professional. I needed to leave the shop after the disaster of a service 😞 to avoid causing an uproar. I won't go there anymore and I hope they do better next time for others. I don't think they deserve any stars
