Amazing food! Best bbq i've had! I would rate it a 5 but the blonde cashier made my experience unpleasant! She was rude & acted very aggravated to be there.
Extremely crowded & I know why! The food was delicious! Will definitely come back to try more of the menu!

I found this place on a drive from Oklahoma to Atlanta with my daughter a year ago....this time my husband and I were driving back from Florida to Oklahoma...he doesn't normally like to veer off the highway too far to get something to eat, but I told him this place was definitely worth it. Saw's Soul Kitchen did not disappoint!! Love the pulled pork sandwiches and the fried green tomatoes...my husband had the same thing only choose the collard greens for his side....he said REALLY GOOD!!
The food its awesome! If you are in Birminham this is a must! I recomend everything but my favorite is the Pork and greens!! Ufffff
I haven't had food this delicious since my Great-Grandmother quit cooking. I have missed her fried okra since 1990. This okra was, I am sad to say, even better than my Mimi's fried okra. The shrimp and grits were delicious as well. As we waited on our food, my tongue was washing my feet from the smell of cooking food. Do yourself a favor, try it out.
