Very disappointed customer. Had ring fixed 7 months ago as stone was lost at a cost of £275. Same stone went again even though the receipt and sales person said that all settings were checked to check it wouldn’t happen again. Send them an email and found them to be unsympathetic and dismissive. I replied saying I was not happy with the customer service and have received no reply after 10 days.
