Today I had service done at the dealership, the employees were attentive, quick, communicated what needed to be done as well as the dealership functioned as a team. I would highly recommend the service department, they seem to have a great operation.
The BEST purchasing experience. Scott Ritchie, Kyle, and the rest of their team involved were very professional and accommodating. If you need a new vehicle, go to Savannah Toyota- You will not be disappointed!
I brought my daughter's car in for FREE Oil change, car wash and spare key as we were led to believe we would get. First question I heard from the service dept was "who's payin?" Then the parts dept knows nothing about a key. Right now I am frustrated! Customer Service has to show me something better than I have seen to rate even half a star. I will post again AFTER this service call is completed.
I will say, Franklin Toyota service blows Savannah Toyota service out of the water. Multiple issues throughout visit that made my first visit my last. Very poor

I'm a difficult customer. I expect customer service and rarely find it at a level that satisfies me. I bought a truck here this week they have exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Savannah Toyota to people looking for a quality customer service car buying experience. Kyle Sherfesee was the salesman who satisfied my needs and everybody in the organization worked to make it a delightful experience.

Service 1 star. Took my car in today for tires to be rotated. Due to previous reviews, we color taped our tires to make sure that they were rotated. And indeed they were not. Very upset that we had to wait longer for them to actually do it. The service technicians didn't even seem very phased. Get new staff that actually want to work and not fill fluids!
