A friend of mine went to see about buying his 2013 Carolla outright from you all. (The lease was up). $3,000 down, and financing $15,000? He could have bought a new Carolla for what you all wanted. Instead of dealing with you, he went to Chatham Parkway Toyota, and purchased a 2015 Prius. What's worse is both of his parents and one of his sisters purchased cars at the same time! You didn't lose out on one sale, you lost out on FOUR!
Worst dealership ever. Waited just to pick up my car today for 30 minutes. Took it in after I had service on the car and after I picked it up the car started making some noise when I drove over 70mph. Was told that that's just a noise the car makes because of the aerodynamics even though my car never made that noise before it was brought it. I will be trading this car in as soon as I get the chance!
The warranty sucks and I have too many factory issues with this car!!!!!!!!!!!! It is a 2013. SMH. Never will I buy a Toyota AGAIN!
Service department lost my girlfriends keys after they told us twice to come pick the vehicle up but it wasn't ready either time. No excuse for that. And on top of that they tried to charge us storage fees for her car when THEY LOST THE FREAKIN KEYS. Beware of Savannah Toyota.
