Our appointment was at 4pm and it is currently 6:37pm and our vehicle is still being worked on. It was a simple 25,000 mile service. When we ask where our vehicle is, we get attitude. They didn't wash/vacuum our car. I'm glad this is our last service with Savannah Toyota.

We traveled all the way down fron Atlanta to buy a Tacoma from Stokes Brown Hilton Head only to get there to find out they sold the truck we had been talking over the phone and emailing about for a week. Instead of calling us and telling us they sold it they let us drive all the way there and tried to push a lease of a car thousands more than the one we started nogations on. much faster with oil changes than normal garages. last time the garage messed my oil change up and brought it here to look at. they informed me of a phase 1/phase 2 engine rebuild. it was covered at no charge to me. would have never found out if i kept going somewhere else
Ok, plan on spending double the amount of time they tell you. Payment..don't write a check, both times I did it takes much longer..this time I could not leave because their ck machine was down, I told them to take me to the bank and I would get cash...that brought a supervisor out. Also..pack a lunch, you won't get as irritable as I did..lol...sales department is great...normally I don't have a problem in service.. I will try to leave it next time and get someone to pick me up and bring cash!
These guys have cracked the code on customer service. I've purchased 2 vehicles in about 8 months from them and I bring a Toyota purchased from another dealership to them for service. All 3 vehicles are in great hands. It says something when you look forward to setting up a service appointment.
Dropped my 2013 Avalon off for the headliner to be patched(warranty ran out so this is on me). Was called told it would be ready for pick up next day. I go to pick up and was told Service Manager would come speak with me. Okay what now, well was told the patch was completed on another area (by Sunroof) instead of back window where it's peeling off(can't miss seeing it) really, that's why I brought it in. Had no problems by Sunroof area. Will now have to wait on upholstery man to come in on Tuesday to fix(hopefully). Let's ho... read more
