Worst dealership ever, I do not recommend it to any buyer
I have a new car I purchased 7 months ago. Had a great experience then, and continue to be a happy customer during scheduled maintenance or unplanned issues.
Russell Christian is amazing! He knows how to make you feel comfortable and treats his customers with respect! This is the 3rd car we purchased from savannah Toyota and we keep coming back because their service speaks for itself!
Had my first car service today. All I can say is that I was very pleased and pleasantly surprised by the friendliness of the entire service staff. The waiting area is pleasant and very accommodating. I was even more surprised when I got my car back, not only serviced but also washed, cleaned and vacuumed. That is what I call excellent customer service. Many thanks to all and see you again soon.
I bought a car from savannah Toyota and in less than three months let me walking. On the first place I when there to buy a Toyota, they fooled me with some bullshit honda. Now I still have to pay more than $10,000 in a car that doesn't run right. They couldn't help me because is a used car. Now they all laugh because they full another innocent latino.
