Great experience. Joel was the sales representative I worked with. Everyone was very nice and really worked to get me the car I wanted at the price I could afford. I was not planning on buying a car the first day I went shopping but they helped me so much and gave me a great deal I couldn't refuse.
Brad Holcomb showed is exactly what we're looking/asking for and then some. I am very impressed with the customer service and I am pleased that I got an excellent deal with no pressure and an even better maintenance and tire warranty.
Eriq Bush was great to work with! After looking for a particular vehicle for over 2 months he finally called me with great news that the exact one I've been looking for was available! He went above and beyond to make sure that I was able to get the vehicle and I couldn't be happier! He even had the car extensively detailed before driving it off the lot (even though it was already super clean) and filled up my gas tank! Great experience with everyone there, friendly staff and nice facility! Overall great experience! :)
Fantastic service! I bought a new Highlander in August because of the excellent customer service provided after going to many other dealerships. Just went for my first service and again got excellent service. Was in and out in less than an hour and the many amenities in the waiting room kept me and my 2 year old occupied! Can't recommend enough!
Bought my car here and got a great deal but more importantly is the level of outstanding customer service from their service department after the sale! The service team is far and away the best in the area. Keep up the great work Savannah Toyota!
