The visit here was very disappointing from the time of arrival till the time of check out. The valet had us park our own car and after checking in our room had no hot water, they told us they were sold out of rooms and then later said they had a handicap room available, which was a downgrade from our original room, with no compensation. The fire alarm went off 5 time within 1 night, also checking out will take well over 45 minutes. For the price of this hotel ip highly recommend going to the cotton sail, or bohemian.

The staff at this hotel is absolutely amazing! They took care of us like we were royalty and made us feel so incredibly welcomed in Savannah. If you are going to Savannah don't even look any where else this is definitely where you want to stay!! Clean rooms, Great location...walking distance to everything, and again Incredible Staff!! We will be back here.
Three times the fire alarms went off, building and furnishings getting a little worn down. Staff was great but overall wouldn't go back.
Last year we stayed here for a conference and the room was not clean. There were 2 dirty wine glasses outside of the door that stayed there during the entire visit, the air conditioner barely worked in the room and the bed had hair all in it. We were assured that things would be better this year. Our towels are stained, the sheets are ripped, and instead of changing a stained mattress pad from a previous guest, they just flipped it over. This is where the American Cancer Society put us up for a few days while my husband was taking chemo and radiation. Enjoyed our visit.
Checked in through registration with Jimmy and he was very pleasantly polite
We had a wonderful experience. We stayed while the elevator was out and sure, it was a minor inconvenience but not as big a deal as everyone is making it out to be. I decided it was obviously a sign I needed more exercise and we took the stairs quite a bit. If we needed the elevator, we just called from our room and they sent it right up. No big deal!
