Overall okay .. Rooms & WiFi usage need upgrading .. Very comfortable beds. Great towels. Very good breakfast buffet at Blue .. Staff very helpful
This hotel provides World Class Service for FREE to those who have to travel into town for Cancer Surgery or Chemotherapy through an agreement with the American Cancer Society...we have been fortunate enough to be their guests on numerous occasions...and they have always provided us with exceptional rooms, service and gone out of their way to make our lives feel almost normal while we are there!
Beware new trainee in front desk she charged me twice and had to complain to get money back. $15 mandatory valet was unnecessary . Front desk did not give me a voucher for breakfast and made me run around @ 9am!
I just wanted to take the opportunity to share my wonderful experience at the Marriott today. I was not a guest at the hotel but merely an attendee at a day-long workshop being held there. I'm also a new, working mother who pumps during the day in order to feed my infant daughter breastmilk. Finding a private place to do this on breaks during today's workshop was very important to me.
