Excellent service! Dealt with the owner and he gave me a cracking deal to carpet my entire house. Fitting was great and was done within 4 days of purchasing the carpets. Can’t recommend Saughton Carpet Mill enough!
I got two carpets fitted earlier this year. One carpet had a very distinctive fold line all the way across the length. I was promised by the fitter that this would rectify itself. After several weeks it didn't and I contacted Saughton mills carpets , who eventually stopped correspondence with me after the flaw wasn't getting any better. Thankfully I was refunded by my credit card company.
