Moved to the Berkshire area in January and I’ve been to Sarai twice. Both times have been such a good experience, warm and welcoming. The salon is clean, comfortable and the staff are friendly and professional. The little touches go a long way like the back massage chair while you’re getting your hair washed.

Please stay away from there hair loss cnc system it is a complete con and scam. I will be uploading all information of my experience and showing pictures - on how I lost out and was misled mis sold the hair system.

I initially gave a good comment following my visit 2 weeks ago. However this was the second visit to this salon, on my first visit the stylist cut too much hair off creating layers I didn’t ask for. The second stylist has also cut layers far too short on the back & top of my head, bearing in mind I’m growing my hair into a bob. I only asked for a few long layers to the sides & to bring the hair into the nape & up slightly. Mediocre stylists who seem not to understand a clients description of what’s required.
