I can highly recommend SBT as I have been visiting Sarah for 16 years. I’ve had microdermabrasion and collagen lift facials,massages, manicures and Reiki all wonderful treatments.She also runs great yoga sessions suitable for all abilities.Sarah has an incredible positive and professional manner and I always leave feeling truly pampered.

Fantastic results from the collagen lift with Sarah! After 3 sessions on my inner thighs, the skin is noticeably smoother, firmer, and I have lost 1cm from each thigh!! Can’t recommend this treatment enough, it’s game changing.

Sarah’s yoga retreat days are the best! We always have a great time hiking, yoga beach sauna and sea dips in all weathers. It’s a great way to spend the day with like minded people. Highly recommended I also have microdebradion treatments with Sarah once a month with a hydro facial which leaves my skin glowing

Sarah had been looking after me for just iver a year now. In that time I have had the most amazing experience with her. She has supported me and helped with my back pain and throughout my pregnancy with personalised massages and reflexology. I love going to see her and feel amazing after every appointment.
