Went in last minute to have a consultation and saw Lois. She was honest about what we could achieve and went through how we get to my desired result….safely! I felt an instant trust and knew I was in very safe hands. She couldn’t fit me in on the times I had available so came in today at 430 just to accommodate me before I go on holiday. The shop is closed Mon and Tues but opened just to get me sorted. An amazing experience from all of the girls but a big thank you to Lois you have got the colour perfect. I am so happy the salon is so friendly and nothing is too much trouble.
