I was recently admitted to Holmes Regional with a contagious infection that had been acquired during a recent surgery. Dr. Htay was wonderful about explaining exactly what the infection was, how I had gotten it, how he was going to treat it, any possible side effects etc. He answered any and all questions. He never made me feel like he was in a rush. He was very professional, knowledgeable, dedicated, concerned for my health and comfort, just fantastic!

A number of years ago I had an enlarged prostrate which was causing me to need to go to the toilet every hour or so, which was very inconvenient for my work as I fly often. Things got worse as every December for some reason I would get an urinary tract infection where I would spend weeks in the hospital on IV antibiotics before it died down. Dr. Saracino was highly recommended by my motherinlaws primary care physician. When I called to make an appointment for her I was surprised at how quickly they got her in to see him and that they gave us a Saturday appointment. I work Monday - Friday so this was a huge plus for me not having to take off work again. Dr. Saracino is a consummate medical professional. He has never treated me anything less than outstanding care. His staff is well trained an and always willing to step-up an go the extra mile for your concerns and comfort. It would be a great disappointment this area to lose his capability to treat TRICARE patients. This physician is very personable an spot on with his diagnoses and treatments. Suddenly blood appeared in my urine and with no pain and a normal CT scan my GP sent me to see Dr. Borboroglu. I always thought urologists were doctors for men not women. I was apprehensive but Dr. Borboroglu was reassuring, knowledgeable and professional and thorough in his assessment. Ultrasound came back normal so the doctor did a cystoscopy and surprisingly found a large stone stuck in my urethra. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of his services.
I came in to see Dr. Saracino in 2000 when I was experiencing horrible kidney pain. He found over 50 stones in both kidneys. After 2 lithotripsies and one nephrostomy, I was stone-free. In the 19 years since my first visit, I've had TWO stones, and both passed with no incident thanks to his advice and instructions. I could not recommend Dr. Saracino highly enough.
