Doc why is it you are so good but after telling your staff over five time to call in the cepro, the day of the test, I had no cepro and had to cancel the test wasting my time and yours. You think there is a snow balls chance is summer someone can call in this prescription so we can complete the remaining two test!!!!

Horrible. My mother was admitted into the hospital on Saturday with a UTI and bleeding. My mother was told Saracino was called and he would be coming to the emergency room. He never showed. Then she was told he would be there on Sunday. Again he never showed. Then he was suppose to be there on Monday, but he sent his assistance instead. Tuesday nobody showed up. Four days later she is still bleeding and passing clots. I guess he can't be bothered to check on his patient. Didn't seem like cares. I'm a first responder and have... read more

Dr Saracino and his staff, in my opinion, are AAA+. I am a transplant from up north and I had a few issues and wanted to find competent Urologist in my new state. I was able to make my appointment easily and was able to see the Doctor pretty quickly. Dr Saracino and his staff have answered all of my questions, with easy to understand answers and the followups from him and his office are tremendous. His diagnosis and treatment were/are spot on. Referred for BPH. After exam, he said I need to have a test done, checkout would set up, out he went. No chance for questions. I saw him in the hall so I asked a question. He answered in the open where others could hear. He then turned and went on to next patient. At checkout, the attendant said he ordered four tests! He never mentioned additional tests (some of which are a bit invasive). I research and wonder what these tests have to do with my condition and then sought a 2nd opinion. Dr. Saracino was highly recommended by my motherinlaws primary care physician. When I called to make an appointment for her I was surprised at how quickly they got her in to see him and that they gave us a Saturday appointment. I work Monday - Friday so this was a huge plus for me not having to take off work again. While we were waiting in the lobby a sweet elderly man sitting next to us started telling us how Amazing Dr. Saracino was and he told my mother in law that she would be Very Impressed with him. Dr. Saracino is a consummate medical professional. He has never treated me anything less than outstanding care. His staff is well trained an and always willing to step-up an go the extra mile for your concerns and comfort. It would be a great disappointment this area to lose his capability to treat TRICARE patients. This physician is very personable an spot on with his diagnoses and treatments. I came in to see Dr. Saracino in 2000 when I was experiencing horrible kidney pain. He found over 50 stones in both kidneys. After 2 lithotripsies and one nephrostomy, I was stone-free. In the 19 years since my first visit, I've had TWO stones, and both passed with no incident thanks to his advice and instructions. I could not recommend Dr. Saracino highly enough.
