I was diagnosed with renal cancer. Dr. Saracino explained to me what , where, when, how to what i needed to do. This Doctor is without a doubt one of the best I have ever seen. His attention to detail and follow up is top notch. I would expressly recommend this doctor and his staff for any urology or related problem bar none. His preformed the my pre-op, surgery and follow up care brilliantly. His staff leaves no stone unturned to make you feel comfortable, informed, enlightened and cared for.
I have read what these other people say but cannot disagree more. Dr Saracino is a compassion, capable and explains everything well. If you want to have your Urological problem taken care of go to him He made a bladder bag for me and cured me of my cancer. I would recommend him 100%.
I had a bladder cancer and Dr Saracino diagnosed it and treated me and I am cured. I have read the other reviews and disagree completely. He is an excellent doctor, what I saw in his office is the patients love him and those people who left bad reviews probably don't want to pay their copays and are pissed off about that.
Did a great job on my ED surgery and he has a very efficient office. I am very pleased with his office

I would never recommend this Dr to anyone. He is so rude and in such a hurry to do as many expensive procedures as possible. I tried to ask him a question ans he "shushed" me! I couldn't believe it! It iwas a fight to get information regarding my treatment plan and every time I asked a question I was treated as though I was being stupid. . I'm done with him now and will never have to see him again THANK GOD! Also, his office is dirty, DONT LOOK AT THE FLOOR ?? GROSS
I would not recommend him to anyone. He does not like to spend any length of time with you. His mission is to handle as many cases he can in a day. I was told this microwave surgery was necessary, but it was not. I have not noticed any change in my health since the surgery. This is just another way to earn more money. I was told you would experience very little pain, but I was in misery for 4 days. If anyone is considering going for surgery, I would get a second opinion and use another doctor.
