Visit regarding increasing fatigue and associated ED problem. Had excellent discussion; thorough exam and reviewed recent lab. My problem was identified. A plan of corrective action discussed and agreed. I am now a very happy camper!!! The experience was relaxed and I felt no embarrassment!! This office is first class!! The physician is a real person!!
Stay away from this doctor. Terrible experience. There are plenty other good doctors in Melbourne area to visit.
The positive reviews for this doctor are seemingly, fake reviews. All of the positive reviews are created during the month of December. In many cases they were created days apart. Look during the years of 2016-2019 and you will see the aforementioned. You can look further, but I saw no need to do so. The doctor is rude and condescending among other things. He failed at being attentive, responsive, and over all, respectful. Just look at his current reviews; they're all negative.
I hold this man responsible for the death of my grandmother at Holmes Regional Medical Center on September 17, 2017. He made the ignorant decision to bypass the examination of her blood, a sepsis patient, before sending her under the knife for a procedure. Because he elected to skip an crucial step, he did not know that her lactate levels were already extremely high. My grandmother's infection then turned into septic shock and she died a few days later.
Worst wait time I've ever had in office and being on hold on phone. Don't bother showing up on time for appointment, just go ahead and show up an hour after. Do yourself a favor and find someone else.

I have been Dr. Saracino's patient since 2000. I first met him via the ER when I had an extremely painful 12 mm kidney stone that was starting to shut down that kidney. He introduced me to ESWL then, and several times since. His staff has been with him a long time, and I always feel comfortable when I need to see Dr. Saracino, his very competent PA, or his friendly and efficient office staff. I wish all of my specialists and their staff were as good.
Dear Dr. Saracino, I'm sure you know what wonderful, thoughtful people you have working for you. But I wanted to thank them for the care they gave my wife yesterday and express to you how supportive, compassionate and caring they were to us. Tuesday morning, I called the other urologist's office, and over the next hour had an horrendously frustrating.I finally gave up and in a state of complete frustration, called your office. I spoke to Charlene and got and appt within an hour.
I read the criticism of the patient that was upset about not getting testosterone. It is a controlled drug and to give it out indiscriminately is criminal. The criticizing party needs to be careful lest subject to lawsuit.
