Terrible bedside manner. Also be careful of the office staff. They have shady bookkeeping and refused to refund an overpayment to me. Would only give a debit card refund. The “office manager” kept telling me a check was going to be issued. Almost 2 years later I don’t have my refund. Shame on them.
Dr Anderson has been my Dr since i moved to Florida in 2007. He is the most thorough, compassionate, thoughtful Dr i have ever had. He also has a very pleasant & attentive staff. Dr Anderson cares about His patients & that is awesome. Thank You Dr Anderson & Staff
Horrible. My mother was admitted into the hospital on Saturday with a UTI and bleeding. My mother was told Saracino was called and he would be coming to the emergency room. He never showed. Then she was told he would be there on Sunday. Again he never showed. Then he was suppose to be there on Monday, but he sent his assistance instead. Tuesday nobody showed up. Dr. Saracino and staff were very friendly, efficient, Dr. S took his time and explained everything thoroughly.
Dr Saracino and his staff, in my opinion, are AAA+. I am a transplant from up north and I had a few issues and wanted to find competent Urologist in my new state. I was able to make my appointment easily and was able to see the Doctor pretty quickly. Dr Saracino and his staff have answered all of my questions, with easy to understand answers and the followups from him and his office are tremendous. His diagnosis and treatment were/are spot on. I relocated from Kansas. Dr Gayed is now my primary. Dr Gayed is very personable and knowledgeable. During my travels out of state, he has been able to meet with me on line.
I went by ambulance to Holmes Medical Center. I found out I was having a heart attack. Dr. Patel was the cardiologist on call and he did my cardiac cath with stent placement. He was great!
I have gone to them now for years and I have never felt more comfortable in a doctors office in my life. Everyone is super caring and sweet. Both Mr and Mrs Dr. Anderson really listen to you and your symptoms. Julie caught onto my moms symptoms and we found her cancer and caught it in the nick of time. I live farther away now and take the drive because I cannot find doctors like them anywhere! Go to them you will not be disappointed ??
Stated I needed NCPL surgery, didn't tell me the size of stage horn kidney stone (very large) or nothing else, advised to drink lots of pure lemon juice and he'd see me in a year.
