Delightful hotel,very clean and comfortable...breakfast was excellent made with fine ingredients.. we were sad to leave and hope to return soon
Popped in to use the WiFi and look at the menu for later on. The lad behind the bar was very friendly and instantly willing to help. The menu looked good but unfortunately the timing wasn't in our favour so we decided just to have a drink. Wish we had waited to try the food now. We ended up in the prince and the food was not to my partners standards. Next time we will definitely come here for food.
The customer is always wrong Upon calling in advance asking if there was room for me and my family to arrive at 7:30 (which we where told that there was) we turned up to a nearly empty restaurant me and my family ordered our food about 20 minutes after arriving - this included one starter that my brother ordered as he was especially hungry and wanted something to eat sooner We had just come from a long day cycling and was expecting fairly quick service due to the lack of customers in the pub After 1 hour the food finally arr... read more
Called in for a drink and a bite to eat at tea time. Really glad we did now. Great dog friendly pub doing brilliant food.
