This was my second visit to Gemma for my lash & brows treatments, she is such a professional lady and so lovely. Has an ex holistic therapist and teacher, myself I found she works to a very high standard and smiles and chats to keep the client at ease. I’m already planning my next visit. Yes only 4 stars, there’s alway room to improve and a few more treatments would be the best start but Gemma as a plan to keep striving to move forward.

Highly reccomend Gemma at Sapphire Beauty Room. Have used her now a few times for massage and my back feels brand new every time. I get alot of tension which causes migraines but Gemma is brilliant at working the tension knots out. Gemma is friendly and chatty and makes you feel at ease. Looking forward to My next treatment.
