Went there for a shampoo but they didn't have any hot water. The lady with no explanation started to give me a cold shampoo, I had to ask three times till the point this lady got upset.The environment became so uneasy that I had to leave with my hair wet and she refused to give a refund. The place is unsafe I had a plug attached to my chair while I had my hair wet. I felt like I was in a horror movie. She couldn't comb my hair (I have straight hair) because she probably didn't wash the conditioner and she started to rip off ... read more
Went there today to get my hair trimmed and I really loved it. Hayat did everything very carefully, but it didn’t take much time, and she was very nice and friendly. Highly recommended! I’ll definitely come back.
