Sepien Training was the first place I tried calisthenics, and it instantly clicked for me. It felt like such a refreshing change from a standard gym setup. There’s a genuine sense of community here, and everyone is very supportive. Rich and the coaching team are all fantastic, and the variety of classes on offer keeps things interesting and challenging. Highly recommend if you’re looking for something different and more connected.

Great little Cali gym, people are super friendly and classes are always fun. My strength has certainly improved since starting these classes, so I’ll keep going until I can do an unbanded muscle up 🤞🏽great alternative to a regular gym.

Great location and setting, independent and small with amazing humans. Really enjoy coming to this gym, with supportive and knowledgeable coaches and space to train on your own too! My second home!

Been to Sapien may times. Rich knows far more than most trainers I have met. The gym is really friendly and, refreshingly, it wasn't full of people taking pictures of their biceps and bums. Rich did a postural analysis on me which accorded to what both a podiatrist and osteopath said. He gave me a programme to help address my imbalance. Don't know much about Yoga, but Rosie led me through a class and I really enjoyed it and she was friendly and helpful. Thanks to Sapien
