This place has a 0 out of 5 star rating for the only dealership, or dealer to ever let me drive for 4 hours to purchase a car and sell said car from underneath me. I spoke with dealer the night before who let me know car would be there and scheduled a meeting time. I have screenshots of the entire conversation. Only to find out on arrival the car had been sold. i was supposed to buy a 2014 chevy traverse. communicated sent everything in and they sold it after my bank sent the check and i communicated with them i was taking the day off... and paying someone to take me.. knowing i spent tjis money sent them a check.. they told me 930pm they sold it.. dont take a word they say with honesty 100% disrespectful
Great service and courteous employees
I purchased my leased vehicle yesterday. Evan in finance was quite rude and had no interest in helping me complete the process. Central Cadillac has lost its customer service appeal. The entire experience left me feeling disappointed.
RecommendedIt took my husband and I almost 4 hours to get there. It was definitely worth it. We love our new Cadillac! Candy was fantastic to work with. I will recommend her and the dealership to all my family and friends.

RecommendedHere's the bottom line up front: there is animosity between different staff sections internally in Motor Werks Cadillac and they openly voice their frustrations of one another. I firmly believe them being geographically separated from the main building has decreased the level of professionalism and quality of service.
