A huge thank you to Michelle Velasco for everything you did for us. We left a case of diapers for my daughter in the car we traded in and Michelle personally brought them to our house. We had to take our car in to fix a repair and she was so quick at getting us a SUV to drive that was the same size as our SUV. She knew our family needed a bigger car. We didn't even have to ask her. She just knew. Thank you Michelle! You went above and beyond what we expected.

This is what I loved - I was having trouble with my car and needed it to go back and forth to the hospital after my husband had a serious accident. Your employee Travis Zoph found a way to get my car to your dealership and get it repaired in a timely manner. You can not ask for better service than that! He has helped my husband previous to all this getting his truck in for repair for warranty stuff also. You don't get that kind of service much anymore so thanks Sapaugh and Travis for going above and beyond.
