What a GREAT buying experience! Everyone we dealt with was knowledgeable and very professional. The truck we traded in, we also had bought from Sapaugh, and it gave us over 211,000 miles of great service. Our Salesman, Rich Konold, was amazing! He could not have made it a simpler process for us. The Finance Mgr, Ed Schnur also got our payments just where we wanted them. We are so glad we chose Sapaugh again for our new vehicle.

Went today to look into trading my vehicle for a new truck. We was there for 30 minutes and no one ever approached us. My husband approached a sales person that was quickly walking to another truck and he was very rude and short with him. We would have probably traded today if someone would have actually showed some interest in our business. The sad part is this is twice this has happened to us now from there. We will never go back to try and do business there again.
Customer service was terrible! They advertise you can sell your car without trading in! Went to get an appraisal and came back 3weeks later and they did another appraisal and it went down $250.The appraiser Dave was very rude and all I was asking was for the original appraisal amount they I got from Kirk. Left went to Jim butler and they gave me more plus some! They welcomed me right from the start and they were awesome!!!Never again will I do business with you guys!!!

I had to take my Chevy 2500HD in for service work. I worked with Zach Vernon on getting everything lined out to get my truck fixed. Zach went above and beyond with excellent customer service. My parts were on back order and Zach kept me informed (daily) on any and all new information. He would contact me to let me know he had talked with his parts manager and tried other options to get the parts in as fast as possible.
