The purchase of my vehicle was an enjoyable experience however, the after the sale care was terrible!!! Worst customer service ever!!! They forgot to give some paperwork that they are required to give me, I called and left multiple messages for over a week, most of which went unanswered, when I was finally able to talk to someone about it they were rude and acted like it was my fault when in reality it was their fault for not giving me the paperwork in the first place! I will not be doing business with them in the future!!
I have gotten two trucks, a Silverado and a Colorado and loved them both. Great customer service and wouldn't by a vehicle from anyone else.

We just bought a truck and we love it. Jeff Vanover was our salesman . We looked at all new trucks and used trucks and some of them several times and he was patient with us and answered all our questions. He made our experience an good one . Everyone a Sapaugh was nice and helpful. We will definitely recommend Jeff Vanover and Sapaugh.

We are long time customers of Sapaugh! We keep coming back because of how easy they make the purchasing process & maintenance appointments as well as the friendliness of the employees. If our 3 year old was on Facebook she too would give Sapaugh 5 out of 5 stars-she even plays "going to Sapaugh" at home! What that really means is she has picked up on the friendly environment...a lovely compliment!
