Exceptionally unprofessional dealership. On top of a sales transaction that was riddled with general incompetence and difficulty, Motor Werks overcollected sales tax in the amount of roughly $600 and refuses to respond to inquires regarding when a refund can be expected. Emails to finance manager and GM go unanswered.

I can’t say enough about the amazing customer service that Lara and Pam provided me. As a female car buyer, I liked seeing two female sales professionals. Even after a month after my purchase, they both still go out of their way to keep me happy and accommodate small service items to even having an extra key made. I highly recommend this duo team and this dealership.
10/12/17 Check engine code reads “check cooling system”. Mechanics couldn’t find anything so they cleared code and told me it was because I needed an oil change. $100 (other work totaled for this visit $1,534.56 which included Entertainment screen work (Cadillac CUE) in which the mechanic took a chunk out of my leather on the dash.
